For smaller gatherings, the Hat Concierge Experience offers advance sizing and color preferences, curated felt hats, and personal fitting, styling, shaping, and branding.

CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE

For smaller, intimate gatherings, our Hat Concierge collects guest head measurements and their top two or three color choices ahead of time, then curates hats and finishing details for the group. Final selections are confirmed during planning, followed by personal fitting, styling, shaping, and branding onsite.

For larger Brim + Brand activations, reserved arrival windows can give guests a dedicated time to personalize hats or select keepsakes while enjoying cocktails, dinner, and the rest of the event. We coordinate timing, capacity, and staffing with your planner or host, tailored to the products and expected participation.

    The host provides hats and customization for guests. Preselection can reserve preferred sizes, styles, and colors, followed by personal styling, shaping, and branding onsite.

  2. POP-UP SHOPPING & PERSONALIZATION
    Guests purchase from a curated selection of hats and leather goods. Preorders are available, and fundraising partnerships can include an agreed contribution from sales.

  3. LIVE LEATHER BRANDING
    Personalize select leather goods sourced by Summit Brims or supplied by the client. Client-supplied items require review and sample testing before booking.

Based in Aspen and serving Colorado, from Vail to Telluride and beyond, our Brim + Brand experiences include live hat and leather branding, intimate Hat Concierge gatherings, and retail pop-ups. Each receives a custom quote based on participation, products, personalization, staffing, service duration, and location. Event service and staffing are quoted separately from products, with hosted or guest-paid purchasing available.
